Introduce Yourself!
Welcome guys
I'm a 41 year old male living and working in Ellisville. I joined cellular south in may of 2008 when I finally entered the cell phone market. I started out with the pearl and after six months just had to get the curve. Just upgraded to the tour and loving it. The wife also got a pearl and switched to the pearl flip. Now our two daughters use the pearls.
Hello I am a 30 yrd old male living in Jackson. I love Ole Miss and the Saints....oh yeah and my Hero.
Hotty Toddy! I love the Saints, too. Lots of "new" Saints fans lately. It makes me happy...lol
I have been a saints fan for about 22 years now. So I am not a "new fan" I am also a season ticket holder since 2006.
Hi guys! I live in Memphis and have been a CS customer for a couple years now. Former Pearl owner and now have the Curve 8330, but it's dying on me.
Thinking about the Tour but not sure...love my Curve!

Hey Everybody! name is Mike, aka (got-er-did). I'm just kind of a high tech redneck i guess. I like electronics, and tech gadgets. Like to pick a little guitar every now and then too. I have been with csouth for about 7 years.
Greetings. My name is Ron and I live in Memphis. I'm married and have two grown boys. My wife and I are currently with AT& (crap coverage)T. I only went with them for the Iphone. Don't mind the Iphone, don't like the coverage. I've been visiting one of the local CS stores here in town as well as the website. I've taken a look at the new Sumsung. Initial thoughts are it's pretty big compared to the Iphone. I was disheartened that it didn't have Froyo. With only flash 9 currently installed it couldn't view much flash content.
With that said, I'm looking forward to switching to CellSouth most likely after the 1st of the year. Price is definitely the driving force. From what I understand, CS has decent coverage and uses Verizon towers elsewhere as a roam feature. As long as it works the few times I go out of town during a given year, then that will be fine.
Can anyone comment on the lack of coverage in parts of Florida? Is this true? Anything else I might need to know in order to make smart decisions? thanks!
Hello. Cellular South customer since 2004 or so.
CSouth customer since 2001- extremely pleased with coverage. My work cell is an Iphone which I have grown to love, but coverage is lousy. Really desire that CS get a great Iphone comparable phone. Had a BB Pearl, and have HTC Hero- Pearl was good but needed BB exchange server to sync with my work email at the time and Hero is barely hanging on...
So what out there is Iphone-comparable?
(Don't flame me for liking the Iphone.)

Was with CSouth prior to leaving the state 10 years ago and been with them since returning in 2007.
Had the Hero for a couple of years and enjoyed it in spite of its' limitations. Rooted with GB AOSP 2.3.4 it was certainly an improvement over stock. Currently have the Milestone X, rooted, but still stock ROM.
@wmatthewt... I've not used the Iphone but am really impressed with the Milestone X. I believe even better offerings will be available with fielding of the LTE network. I considered waiting on the Samsung Galaxy S II but decided to wait and give them time to get the LTE network completed and bugs worked out.
