Upgraded my Tour yesterday to .61 only to find out that my remote recovery feature isn't working... Had to restore from my media card.. Anyone else having this issue?

yes and the problems is still a problem this morning.  wonder if rim wasn't quite ready for the release of this option? or if it's just a small goof.
