GPS no longer connects to satellites

are you talking about it not working in google maps? if so google maps doesn't act right with the gps something about it cant send confirmation back to the gps or somthing.. try using blackberry maps and start gps navigation and see if it picks you up.  If it does and you want to use google maps you have to run blackberry maps and google maps at the same time

I used to have the same problem with my Pearl 8130, and had to do the same exact thing to get it to work... when I could actually get it to connect at all.  I'm not sure if it's the case with the Pearl Flip, but the 8130 has a terrible GPS receiver.
