Just ordered my referb for $29 and 500mb plan for $30 I plan on tethering anyway.

Cool.  You can also buy a refurb outright with no contract for less than $150.  I had a friend buy one last week.  Be careful on the tethering.

The website show them at $169 out of contract.  Is the price negotiable on refurbs?
