Phone Running Slowly?
It seems like every few days I need to do a complete battery pull on my phone in order for it to run "like new" It gets really sluggish and I can't figure this one out. I run task manager and close out all tasks, yet the phone is still moving like a high viscosity molasses. After I pull the battery, the Hero turns back into a phone I can deal with. Any of you having this problem?
jbell, I am having the same problem. My phone will get where it will not dial or dial very slowly. I run task manager with out any help. I turn phone off and back on and it fixes it. Have not had to pull battery.
Guys unistall task manager. The hero has it's own memory management system. Post back on how much memory you have and awake time %. I have 133% internal storage and awake time is 15% - 25%. Reboot afterward.
Yes, task manager is a real problem for people with Heros. The phone caches recently used programs, that does not mean they are actually active. as memory is needed it will remove cached data from ram. I haven't touched task manager in a couple weeks on my phone and it runs great. i'm usually at about 20% awake time.
