I am trying to connect to my internet by going to the cellular south 3G icon and clicking connect which I've done several times since November 26, 2009. Tonight, I got a Radio Off message and could not connect. I've been on the phone with tech support for 2 hours(NO Help!!!). This is very frustrating and not to menion that this piece of equipment was #1 on my child's Christmas list. Please help??
