I think Hero training is a great idea. I just hope the ones teaching the classes have been properly trained. Last time I was in a store I heard an employee telling someone to "just download taskiller, and kill everything when it starts acting up." Hopefully that's not the case throughout all of the stores. If they properly train their employees / instructors, this could be a big help for a lot of people.

i asked HTC and they said they do not train anyone to use the phones, because I ran into problems with them giving me bad info at first too. It is quite shocking how much they do not know...some dc reps do not even know that the carriers put their own software on top of the phone...it can be pretty sad to hear the comments they make to people in the stores.
Have y'all seen the post on their fb page (www.facebook.com/cellularsouth) . They are going to be running a class live. It is on ustream but I am thinking about watching it. It could be cool.

I used the online web cast last night. I thought it was pretty neat. I mean a live broadcast is pretty cool and they had DCSs helping answer questions as well. So I would rate it a B+. I do wish the topics were a little more advanced but since there was a basic and I am hoping they have a more advanced one down the road.
