New Berrys and droids?
So I have heard we will see the BB 8530 (curve 2) soon expected that to replace the curve since it's been discontenued buy RIM. Also heard the storm 2 possibly and nexus one when a cdma version comes.
Anybody else heard anything? I will be extremely upset if we get the storm 2 I'll have to sell my tour to get it want it bad. LOL

what sucks about the 8530 is that it's the cheapest Blackberry in terms of build...even cheaper than the Flip. So even though it has the trackpad, I personally wouldn't even take a second look at it.
I will be upset if they get the tour 2 anytime soon. I went ahead and got the tour when they got it figuring CS would be at least 6 months after release before they got it. I have to agree with mscooley about the 8530, shame they put such a high end feature on an entry level device first. Crackberry did a poll asking would you get 8530 or 9630 today and were surprised when most said they would still get the 9630. Why would you give up everything the tour has for trackpad and wifi on a cheap device?
The Nexus One is nice, I looked at a Curve 2 and don't think I would ever trade my Tour for it. Tour 2 would be sweet.
Was told buy CS rep that the curve 2 (8530) will be released next month (Feb.).

I still love my 9630 but after watching vids on Youtube of the Motorola Droid and the HTC Incredible running 2.0 and 2.1 I'm craving these devices. Very good looking phones and Victor35 that is always a good question when it comes to CS, b ut they seem to really be hot in the Android world so who knows, maybe we will see some more releases soon.
