Is the Hero capable of taking HD Video?

No, it's not.  And I'm pretty certain that no smartphone is.  I haven't really used mine for video too many times, so I can't give much of an opinion.

I know LG is suppose to be releasing a nice looking phone later this year capable of HD video (and the new Atom SoC).  I wonder what's the chance of CS bringing that one to us...
