the huawei ec168 usb stick

I have the huawei ec168 usb stick and i also have windows 7. It has been working fine but all of a sudden, it is taking too long to 'authenticate.' I notice that I am missing a username and password. It wasnt missing before but I heard it gets randomly erased. Does anyone have a default username & password or do I have to wait until tech support opens up on Monday?
