Just wondering was looking at a few phones and i know they have are good and are unlocked, but will cellular south actually activate the phone on their network?

They'll only allow phones that have already been on their network.

yeah... I hear that CS is really strict with their employees about this.  Even if you have a "friend" on the inside, it's highly likely that they won't even do it because of the risk of losing their job.
