will i get charge for using my htc as a modem?
i have an htc and i wondered will i get charged for data usage if i surf the web on my pc with my htc as the modem? i have the unlimited plan and i heard that only goes urp to 5gb .can i surf as much as i want or is there a limit?
Well they say there is no limit.....but there probably is. If you go over 5-6gb more than likely you would hear something from them. Just look at the netbook and modem usb card plan. They both have a limit. They say it is unlimited because you should not hit 5gb+ with just the phone, theoretically. When you tether though can go up dramatically. The only way this would not apply is if the bandwidth monitors on the netbook plan are not setup for the phones because they dont think the phones can reach it. In that case knock yourself out get 10gb then post back with results.
