Anyone know if this can be done?
This is for a busy business: I want to make my phone number mostly unavailable without having voicemail answer it. I have hired a real person to answer my phone all the time. She will have my current number, and phone so people think they are calling me. She will nicely tell them I will get back to them or handle their concern herself, passing only important calls to me. When I call back I want the number she has to appear as the inbound number to those I am calling back, although I will be calling from another (private) phone. Any brilliant ideas how to make this work? Thanks.
The only thing I can think of is to call her back and have her patch you through using three-way calling so the calls would actually come from her phone but you'd essentially be on a conference call with her in the middle. That could be helpful too since she could take notes etc without you having to relay additional information her. Just my 2cents.
