Buying girlfriend cell south phone for birthday
I want to surprise my girlfriend with a new phone for her birthday. Can I go to the store and by the phone without her account information? Can she just bring her current phone and the new phone to the store and switch service to new phone?
Is she already on CS? If so, and she's eligible for an upgrade, her contract will have to be renewed. So, you wouldn't be able to do it without her being present. Otherwise, you'll be paying full price for the phone... I doubt you want to do that, especially if it's a smartphone. If she's not on CS, you'll have to setup a new contract, but then you'll be the account holder... not her. Hope that helps.
She is a cell south customer, she is not up for a renewal, and I planned on paying full price. I just need to know if I can buy phone and she just bring her phone up there after I surprise her and have service switched to new phone..
