Dust under the screen on HTC Hero

Has anyone else had this issue? There is a lot of dust under my screen near the bottom where the menu buttons are. Several Sprint customers have said that they have had refurb phones issued or the techs have cleaned the phone for them. I have always had issues with Cellular South techs just acting plain ignorant and ignoring the problem. Have any of you taken your phone to them and had it fixed?
