Help with a Problem

After not taking my advice about flashing her milestone, my friend flashed her's using the generic rom floating around (begins with MILER, I think) and now she doesn't have any data access.  I am assuming she has the correct settings for the APN and the like.

What are her options now? I notice the baseband is now at C_01.07.00R and I suspect this maybe the problem.
