hi, i have a phone im currently using i bought a new phone from a friend who doesnt want it anymore, is there a way i can change my service over to the new phone online or over the phone or do i have to go in the store
yes you can do it over the phone, you just have to call from a different phone than the one you are using. just call 877-276-8841 and follow the options to go to technical support, then tell them you want to swap phones. i just discovered you can do this the other day and it sure beats going all the way to a store!
